{"id":94,"date":"2013-03-29T18:13:34","date_gmt":"2013-03-29T22:13:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bethvigil.com\/?p=94"},"modified":"2013-03-29T18:28:28","modified_gmt":"2013-03-29T22:28:28","slug":"sensitivity-avon-perfumes-fragrances","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bethvigil.com\/index.php\/2013\/03\/29\/sensitivity-avon-perfumes-fragrances\/","title":{"rendered":"Sensitivity to Perfumes and Fragrances"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Have you ever wanted to use a fragrance but had issues that prevented you from using one?\u00a0 After chemo I become overly sensitive to smell.\u00a0 I found that I could use a lighter fragrance and still get the same effect but of course it just\u00a0didn&#8217;t\u00a0last as long.\u00a0 You can also use a scented powder or lotion.\u00a0 If it\u2019s your skin that\u2019s sensitive, you can try spraying some of your favorite fragrance on your under garments.\u00a0 When you apply perfume on your wrists, don\u2019t rub them together as this will bruise the fragrance.\u00a0 Gently touch your wrists together if you wish to spread the fragrance.\u00a0 Give the perfume a few minutes to get to the final scent as fragrances have several notes they must go through to reach the final stage.\u00a0 You can cup your hand over the spot where you applied the perfume to hurry it a bit.<\/p>\n<p>There are endless choices of fragrance but most fall into just a few categories such as floral, woodsy, oriental, fresh and green.\u00a0 It took me awhile to come up with this information when I was recovering.\u00a0 Hope this is helpful.
